Who You Are

Your superpowers include communication, technology, reporting, and analysis. You bring all of these to the table to support day-to-day marketing operations responsibilities related to systems integration, maintenance, and optimization of full MarTech stack including: marketing automation, sales automation, CRM, intent monitoring, contact acquisition, and reporting technologies ... with the end goal of driving more revenue from marketing investments.



  • Tracks marketing campaign performance (pipeline, opportunities, and responders) against forecast and escalates potential market segment opportunities or misses to stakeholders
  • Tracks, researches, recommends new marketing operations solutions including leverage existing technology stack in novel ways and adding technology.
  • Produces, socializes and troubleshoots marketing performance reports
  • Supports data needs for the marketing team including reporting, lead uploads, data entry standardization, data segmentation and list pulls
  • Maintains process documentation standards and templates for marketing processes
  • Serves as the technology administrator for key marketing technologies, ensuring technology adoption by its intended users, user training, and user logs for onboarding and maintenance
  • Maintains the marketing technology stack inventory and provider listing; this includes provider names, renewal dates, users, uses and costs
  • Maintains provider relationships for renewals
  • Schedules cross-functional internal meetings and reviews when needed with meeting agendas, and ensures participants know their roles in delivering a successful marketing review

What You Bring to The Team


You are intimately familiar with:

  • Marketing automation platforms (MAPs), HubSpot preferred
  • Sales force automation (SFA) systems, Salesforce preferred
  • Intent monitoring systems
  • Contact acquisition systems
  • Workflow automation
  • Business intelligence (BI) tools


  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
  • Background/ Experience
  • One to five years of marketing experience, ideally in an operations role
  • Experience with lead management process execution and monitoring, particularly in the area of SLAs
  • Experience serving, collaborating with and influencing stakeholders with no direct reporting relationship
  • Marketing reporting using data from MAPs, SFA systems, web analytics, finance systems and BI tools
  • Experience in sales or partnering with sales desirable
  • Demand marketing/field marketing experience desirable
  • Project management experience, including the rollout of related applications (e.g. MAP, MRM, SFA system) to sales and marketing audiences, is desirable
