Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

The Implementation Coordinator will support the entire plan implementation lifecycle for new clients.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Assists the Implementation Specialist with all internal aspects of group implementations
  • Creates project plan for each new piece of business and meets with all internal departments to ensure deadlines are accurate
  • Follows up with internal teams on missed deadlines escalating to Implementation Specialist and leadership team when deadlines are missed, if needed
  • Conduct internal implementation meetings and facilitate solutions for business problems and issues
  • Work effectively across cross-functional areas to track outstanding deliverables on behalf of the implementation team
  • Identifies areas of risk, raises awareness of deliverables at risk and creates solutions to solve problems
  • Assists in auditing the implementation of new client set ups in various systems
  • Perform special projects as requested

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a health insurance environment
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office suite

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $26.44 per hour. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
