Responsibilities

 

Who are you?

 

 As the Vice President of Total Rewards, reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive compensation and global benefits strategies that align with our business objectives and support our talent management goals. You will provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of Total Rewards, ensuring competitive, equitable, and cost-effective programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role requires a strong leader who can align reward strategies with the overall business objectives and enhance our competitive positioning in the market. You will have 2-3 direct reports, including benefit analyst and compensation analyst.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute the Total Rewards Strategy and Plan to support business objectives and enhance organizational performance. Develop communication materials and lead training designed to educate associates on company compensation philosophies and programs

  • Operational Oversight: Lead the operational implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring efficient administration, compliance, and effective communication.

  • Compensation Planning: Design and oversee the administration of compensation programs, including base pay, and incentives ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.

  • Global Benefits Management: Oversee the design, development and management of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other fringe benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Partner with Benefits broker to analyze and benchmark data and identify trends and best practices to continually bring new ideas and strategies to the health and well-being initiatives.

  • Executive Compensation: Partner with Chief People Officer on executive compensation strategy, including annual reviews and long-term incentive plans. Partner with CPO in preparing materials for Board of Directors compensation committee meetings and participate in meetings as required.

  • Global Compensation: Manage global compensation programs, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations while maintaining competitiveness in diverse markets.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize market data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and recommend enhancements to ensure attraction, retention, and engagement of talent.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and governance frameworks related to compensation, benefits, and equity programs.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • BA or BS degree required; MBA preferred

  • 15+ years’ relevant experience in compensation and benefits plannin

  • Expertise in development of strategy and administration of compensation and benefits

  • Significant compensation and benefits plan design experience, as well as tax and regulatory knowledge in varied countries and regions

  • Executive compensation/Compensation Committee experience a plus

  • Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of business on a global scale. Embrace cultural and individual differences with empathy. Work with the nuances of specific local cultures to make informed decisions

  • Proven project management skills

  • Strong leadership skills; and experience leading a team of professionals

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive outcomes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $215,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 25% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
