Who are you?   The Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical “role up your sleeves” member of our People team dedicated to supporting the growth and success of the business and our people. Who are you?   The Director of Client Success leads a geographically diverse team of professionals serving clients in both self-funded and fully insured markets. The Client Success team under this role is responsible for client satisfaction, revenue realization and retention, including guiding and consulting on benefit strategies due to utilization and claims trends. The Director will act as a senior resource on client strategy and program design and an escalation point across the book of business. The Director should have a passion for leading teams and a constant desire to study the industry, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment affecting our business and our clients. Who are you? Who are you? As a Group Product Manager, you will be both an individual contributor and provide direct team management. The ability to connect with a broad range of contacts (generalists and SMEs) within the consultant and broker houses is critical.   Although you will operate remotely, you reside in the Central or Pacific time zone. Location will be key as we align with our contacts on a more regional basis. You excel at relationship management, strategic engagements and creating partnerships that drive mutual growth and value. You demonstrate high competency in navigating within and across consultant and broker firms and within Virgin Pulse – striving to bring the highest value to our shared clients and to our partnership. In this role, you are accountable for creating business plans and growth strategies for your houses and to identify emerging growth or market trends that contribute to our solution roadmap and create value for our shared clients.
