This requires collaborating with various product teams to translate requirements and complex use cases into clear, engaging content for members.   This role focuses on developing content for our web platform and mobile app features. We’re looking for someone who can give feedback on mockups and content layout, and then bring the designs to life with succinct content in our VP tone and voice. Types of content include: - Onboarding content to introduce members to new features - Transactional content to get members through a specific task - Clear, friendly copy to help members navigate our app (error message, labels, header hierarchy) - Short descriptions to explain our features - Actionable copy to tell members what step to take next - Fun microcopy to encourage or congratulate members - Content that is evidence-based and well-researched, specifically on health conditions or preventive health behaviors - Dynamic content that changes depending on the features turned on/off for members - Longer content scripts that document the content within a feature, like descriptions for 15 healthcare services or a how to guide for benefits. You are clear communicator with a specialty in plain language writing. Giving content options that reflect the members’ motivations and experiences for a one-liner comes naturally.  You are comfortable in agile and iterative design environments. You can consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders, including our clients, health coaches, content strategists and clinical advisors. Most importantly, you understand how to speak to everyone from the CEO down to loading dock worker, because they all use our programs, and we are their advocates.   Finally, you can write for many mediums. You are familiar building content for digital health tools, such as mobile app features, websites, toolkits and e-Books. You have experience developing content across a range of healthcare topics. We support many languages, so part of your role will involve making our health products and recommendations relevant for global audiences. Plus, you know how to keep fast-moving tasks and deadlines organized along the way.   In this role you will wear many hats but your skills will be especially essential in the following:   - Lead UX copywriting across product and engineering teams. - Ask questions to collect the requirements you need to write content that is accurate and effective for our dynamic products. - Deeply assess the member experience for each content project—and write relevant content for our diverse members. - Check in with each product team on a regular basis, understanding which content is due when. - Closely collaborate with our Product Managers, Content Strategists and UX/Designers working on new health features. - Update content based on feedback from various stakeholders. - Develop original content for a variety of features and health domains, including nutrition, mental health and condition management. - Work closely with content strategists and clinical advisors to translate latest scientific information into accessible member content. - Write short, snappy microcopy for mobile and web screens to help members understand features and navigate our platform. - Help us stay up-to-date on the latest research and recommendations around core wellbeing topics (e.g., physical activity, nutrition, sleep) and health conditions (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, COVID-19). - Follow our tone and style guidelines to create a friendly voice that’s grounded in best practices of health literacy and plain language. - Provide quality content for a global audience, considering cultural differences and nuances; some of our work is translated across 21 languages.
