Who you are We have an exciting opportunity for a new role within the Product Experience team for a creative and versatile Content Strategy Manager. Our team specializes in clear communication, content development, marketing, health literacy and behavior design theories.   In this role you will wear many hats but your skills will be especially essential in the following:   As a Content Strategy Manager, you’ll direct and contribute to content strategy across the Virgin Pulse platform. This requires transforming upfront research into content strategy recommendations, as well as clear, engaging content for our members.   This role is primarily a management position (75%) with 25% individual contributor work. As a manager, you are responsible for managing and mentoring content strategist direct reports, including helping them define their goals, opportunities for professional development and ensuring they meet the requirements for their role.   This is a leadership role on the Content team, and you’ll work with the Content Director and Content Program Manager on the vision for content in the product experience. You’ll help drive KPIs and outcomes-based goals and initiatives, as well as health literacy and maintaining our commitment to evidence-based content excellence for a global audience.   As an individual contributor, you will also be responsible for supporting our Health Product Streams, including specific stream assignments for high-level content strategy initiatives, or working with Content Product Management on resource support to ensure deadlines and budget needs are met.
