Who are you?   You are a skilled client or operations manager who is dedicated to your craft in planning and delivery with and for clients. In this role you will have primary responsibility for the construction and execution of client specific program plans, based on individual account strategies, for your assigned book of business. You will oversee the day-to-day account and program management activities for your assigned clients by working closely with other functional departments within the company. It will be necessary to support the Commercial teams with pre-sales and upsell efforts.   In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:     - Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction and operational excellence for individual book of business assignments, while supporting & coordinating with fellow team members across client base - Serve as a subject matter expert on each client in book of business for internal partners and serve as Virgin Pulse expert for each client relationship through product and process knowledge. - Ensure that all client contractual obligations are being met and communicating any contractual risks in delivery appropriately. - Develop, monitor, modify and refresh client annual program plans in coordination with account strategy and client-determined KPIs. - Plan and help realize activities, within an annual program plan with related deliverables, deadlines and data, which positively influence clients’ program participation and engagement. - Work with marketing to develop promotions and competitions for each assigned account to positively influence program participation and engagement. - Prepare and deliver program updates and outcome / results reviews for each. Develop tactical recommendations and action plans aligned with account plan and client determined KPIs. - Provide support of the implementation process for assigned accounts (new client and upsell implementation) - Project manage day-to-day operational and tactical account management activities for assigned book of business. - Maintain internal client management tools for assigned book of business. - Ensure internal teams respond to and resolve routine client requests and questions. - Maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Virgin Pulse programs, and be resourceful on continued learning and change. - Support contract renewal and account growth in collaboration with colleagues in Commercial departments - Perform special projects as requested. Who are you?   You are a skilled client management/success professional who is dedicated to your craft and capable of working under limited supervision. In this role, you will have primary responsibility working with clients to create a plan for their program while promoting best practice program design and ensuring flawless execution. You will oversee day-to-day account management activities for the assigned clients by working closely with other functional departments within the company. It will be necessary to support the Expansion, Strategic Accounts and/or Sales teams with growth efforts. As an Account Manager, you demonstrate internally and externally solid understanding of the success drivers and best practices to maximize client retention, revenue growth, relationship and reference-ability.   In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:     - Client Consultation and Management Responsible for the retention and growth of a group of existing clients and successful onboarding of new clients - Ensure that all client contractual obligations are being met while communicating any contractual risks appropriately - Overall knowledge of client, client expectations and goals to effectively present information, respond and follow up on questions and inquiries from clients - Establishes relationships with clients to enable successful implementation, growth and expansion of Virgin Pulse programs when appropriate to meet client goals - Managing consultant/broker/influencer relationships aligned with clients - Effectively communicate roadmap and engagement solutions with passion and excitement. - Prepare and deliver reviews for each client. VP’s Regional Sales Directors are responsible for following up on inbound marketing leads, developing outbound leads, qualifying leads, and pursuing a full cycle sale. To be successful in this role you will nurture relationships, build value, handle objections, create urgency, identify procurement cycles, and collaborate strategically with sales leadership to close new business opportunities. Our best and most successful Regional Sales Directors are able to consistently generate a high degree of trust with their prospects and clients. This is necessary to close a complex and often-personal sale with HR, Benefits and Employee Wellbeing professionals.
