Who you are We’re seeking a promising quantitative or mixed-methods UX Researcher to work closely with cross-functional product teams. The research focuses on understanding users and potential users of an employee health and wellbeing product. We are particularly interested in behavior change related to improving health outcomes.  You’ll be joining a small but mighty team of five: three UX researchers and two data scientists.     You have experience with quantitative research methods, especially survey science. Familiarity with behavior change and human psychology, or previous experience in health and wellbeing research is an asset. Additional experience with qualitative research methods is also a plus. Your research will focus on actionable insights that directly impact the work of product managers, designers, writers, and engineers throughout our global organization.   In this role you will wear many hats but your skills will be especially essential in the following:   - Designing and running surveys of users and company representatives, from questionnaire design through analysis, - Proactively and independently identifying high-impact research questions from a product or business perspective, - Answering those questions with quantitative methods, including surveys, data analysis, and causal inference. Qualitative methods experience is an asset but not required, - Planning and leading research end-to-end, including foundational quantitative research, - Collaborating with other researchers to infuse products with behavioral insights, - Clearly communicating your research insights for teams to translate research findings to product and business impact, - Representing the user’s perspective through the whole product development process, working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, marketing, and leadership, - Understanding the needs of diverse user groups and balance them with the goals of a fast-paced, growing business, - Communicating results clearly and persuasively with a high degree of quantitative rigor, - Assisting with research operations, including exploring and setting up new research tools.

Who you are In the role of Marketing Communications Manager, you will develop and oversee the implementation of communication strategies to successfully drive member engagement in Virgin Pulse programs and services. In support of these strategies, you will create, manage, proofread and deliver communications to members that are aligned to Virgin Pulse business objectives and brand. You will develop an in-depth understanding of Virgin Pulse clients, how they value health and wellness and apply those learnings, along with industry standards and best practices, to meet the individual needs of each client.   In this role you will wear many hats but your skills will be especially essential in the following:   - Working closely with 6-8 clients, you will design and implement marketing communications strategies to drive member engagement. In addition to core client assignments, you will also develop and execute communications for clients across the Virgin Pulse book of business. - Learning and gaining an in-depth understanding of member segments, their needs and key drivers for engagement and achievement. - Writing, designing, developing and proofing member engagement campaigns and content using the Virgin Pulse brand personality with conversational tone that also inspires members to live better every day and promotes long term behavior change. - Providing detailed Quality Assurance of member communications, including proofreading and audience validation to ensure flawless delivery of communications. - Keeping current with new developments in program design, competitive approaches and behavioral change techniques. - Working closely with Client Success teams to ensure that client commitments and expectations are met.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist/Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Virgin Pulse’s hiring process by sourcing for, screening and communicating with new applicants as well as working with our TA Operations Specialist in scheduling interviews for hiring managers and teams.  This important function will work with and support our Talent Acquisition Specialists (recruiters) to ensure hiring needs are understood and applicant expectations are met. Applications will be sourced, organized, reviewed, screened and moved through the pre-employment steps as appropriate.   Are you interested in a career in recruiting? The Sourcer-Screener/Coordinator role is a hands on entry-level position that will prepare you for a future in the recruiting/talent acquisition function.    Job Functions: - Use Job boards and LinkedIn to Source new candidates for key job openings - Track and screen job applicants (by resume) as assigned by requisition - Decline applicants that do not meet the minimum qualifications for the position - Schedule “prescreen” interviews for qualified applicants with appropriate TA Specialist (may assist in screens as needed) - Schedule hiring manager/hiring team interviews using our ATS and Outlook calendars - Provide qualified prescreened applicants to Recruiters - Answer general employment questions from potential applicants - Respond to inquiries about applicant status and application flow - Direct applicants to open positions as needed - Develop relationships with candidates, ensuring each candidate has a positive recruiting experience with our organization - Assess active and passive pipelined candidates from internet databases, social media, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals. - Provide pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions - Work closely with recruiters to facilitate interview discussions - Update information in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure reporting is accurate Additional responsbilities: - Check rehireability of former VP employees who apply - Provide ongoing updates and metrics to Talent Acquisition team members - For a set number of hours per day, will support our TA Process Owner with the scheduling of candidate interviews for hiring managers/teams as needed.
