Who are you? As a director and leader, you will be accountable for the overall strategy and execution of the Virgin Pulse proposal management function. This function encompasses the end-to-end RFP/RFI/Proposal process, technology, content management, global resourcing and team leadership. The proposal management team is responsible for positioning our health, navigation, and wellbeing products and services to global prospects and clients across our 3 market segments – employer, health plans and health systems, and international.   Specifically, the Director, Proposal Management will oversee the proposal response while managing a proposal team that has the skills to lead the proposal management process, preparing and submitting winning proposals. Who are you?
